About the role

We're looking to expand our team with a Customer Support & Operations Specialist to take ownership of our customer support (answer tickets, update documentation, etc.) and also help with the occasional operational tasks (pay affiliates, reach out to creators).

Responsibilities

You responsibilities will span across customer support, product and operations.

Customer Support

• Reply to users across all Typefully accounts — from the Intercom in-app support chat, to our social media accounts on 𝕏 and LinkedIn
• We get around 20 tickets per day, most of which require just a quick answer

Documentation

• Create and maintain company documentation including:
  • Support articles
  • Saved replies
  • Internal documentation and SOPs

Product

• Support the Engineering team with user-facing feedback:
  • Report bugs & feature requests
  • Reproduce user issues
  • QA new feature releases

Operations

• Support team by handling operational tasks:
  • Reach out to creators
  • Pay affiliates
